DELIVERY
By normal post / registered post
We strongly recommended registered post (additional S$2.20) as we are not liable for lost of goods.
We will post out in-stock items on the next working day.
Our working days : Monday ~ Friday (10am – 7pm)
DEFECTIVE
We will double check for defects & making sure all items are in good condition before sending out. If defect is found, please contact us immediately @ our.enquiry@gmail.com
We allow up to 7 working days for reporting of defect & posting back to our return address. Any defect reported after 7 working days will be deemed invalid.
We will only replace the same item for defective item. In the event that the item is sold out, we will make a refund.
INCORRECT SIZE
Customers will bear the full responsibility for incorrect size as we will provide the accurate measurement.
PAYMENT
Please pay only after you receive an invoice from us.
Confirmation of orders via ATM/IB transaction reference. We accept, POSB & UOB.
All payment will be verified within 24 hours.
EXCHANGE POLICY
All goods sold are non refundable and non exchangeable.
